Elemér Balázs is one of Hungary’s most sought-after jazz drummers and musicians. Always playing in several formations, he founded what has become one of the most popular jazz bands in the country in 2000.
Sounds of Diversity is the most recent, ninth record of the multi-award winning band. Its title refers to the fact that the highly melodic original compositions fuse the members’ distinctive musical worlds in special ways, with results that appeal to a wide audience.
The new album will again induce a sense of a journey around the world, from Transylvania to Brazil. Intelligent and exquisite, this music guarantees to transport its listener to new places.
