Metropolitan Opera Live in HD 2019/2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the state of emergency introduced in Hungary on March 11, 2020, some of the remaining screenings (captured earlier) within the MET LIVE in HD 2019/20 season at Urania will be postponed. This refers to the titles: Akhnaten (originally set for 14.06.2020), Madama Butterfly (07.06.2020), Porgy and Bess (15.04.2020), Turandot (31.05.2020).

The new screening dates will be set and announced after the state of emergency has concluded. Tickets booked for the events will be valid for the rescheduled dates. For those whom the new dates are not suitable, a ticket refund will be available.

As the remaining premieres of the season – Der fliegende Holländer (14.03.2020, 22.03.2020, 03.05.2020), Tosca (11.04.2020, 26.04.2020, 24.05.2020) and Maria Stuarda (09.05.2020, 17.05.2020) – have been canceled at the Met due to the coronavirus pandemic, these broadcasts with all their planned encores will be cancelled at Urania.

For these event screenings, tickets purchased online will be refunded by Interticket Kft. and Jegymester Kft. – please be aware that due to the pandemic, the refund process can take longer than normally. For tickets purchased at Urania’s cash desk, asking for a refund will be possible after the reopening.
